While it was not on the agenda of the annual bioethics conference this year, I still had some terrific discussions about brain death in the hallways at Harvard the past few days.


Coincidentally, just a few blocks away at the Gardner Museum this 1500s Botticelli was visiting from the National Gallery in London. It shows three miracles of Zenobius, including resuscitating a dead boy lying in his mother’s lap.
