The National Clinicians Conference on Medical Aid in Dying is rapidly approaching capacity. They have only 35 spaces left (the conference center holds 270). As a result, they will be screening registration applicants according to priority.
If you have a particular reason/need to attend the conference this year, please write to NCCMAID@gmail.com. If you simply go to the registrations page and register, they will refund your fee and you’ll need to write to us as above.
They will be giving priority to:
- Those coming from the few aid-in-dying states not yet represented: Montana, New Jersey, Washington D.C.
- Front-line clinical staff (RNs, SWs, Chaplains, others) who wish to attend the specific Aid-in-Dying Bedside Clinical Training–an additional two-hour course at the end of the first day of the conference, February 14, 2020. (There is no extra fee for this course, it’s included in the conference fee.)
- Anyone else who can send them a good reason to grab one of these now-coveted spots.
The National Clinicians Conference on Medical Aid in Dying will be an opportunity for everything from conversations to certifications, from case studies to the best of medical science.
