* Partial scholarships are available to participants working in low- and middle-income countries.

* The deadline to apply for partial scholarship consideration is May 1, 2019. Partial scholarship applications received after this deadline will be reviewed only if additional funds are available. At the end of the program, participants will receive graduation certificates.
