The Clinical Ethicist will provide education about ethical issues to medical staff members, medical residents and students, nurses, social workers, chaplains and other allied health professionals. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to form and maintain healthy positive interdisciplinary relationships and have experience working in a system with multiple inpatient facilities and outpatient care sites. In addition, extensive knowledge of ethical principles, forms of moral reasoning, relevant issues in clinical ethics and management of high-intensity interpersonal conflict is desired. Very strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
