Overview

As the Program Manager, you’ll drive the daily operations of our growing Hospitalist and Bioethics Programs, working in collaboration with the program director to implement the program’s objectives and support its goals. In this role, you’ll act as a key collaborator, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders and program staff while contributing informed recommendations to both strategic plans and daily operations. This role is connected to all facets of operations, collecting data to drive system improvement, assisting credentialed staff with maintenance of licensing and credentialing, and general program support, including meeting itinerary development, website content creation, and project management for important program initiatives including academic scholarship and quality improvement work. In addition, you’ll research funding sources for projects to support these programs and stay on top of presentations and documents to support funding applications.

Here at St. Jude, we give our all to make a difference in the lives of patients with the rarest of conditions, and we encourage applicants whose aspirations match the caliber of our work. If you thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments, can pivot between varied and complex projects with ease, and believe in truly mission-driven work, we’d love to have you apply.
